Fats, I am Gonna kiLL You aLL!!

This is not the first time when am getting on this killing Spree. But every year, at least once or twice i get this killing instinct in me to shed those extra kilos i put on. πŸ˜›

Let me tell you one thing,

IT IS NOT EASY!

I Am TRYING!!

I TRY!!

.

So the process starts with the guilt building inside every time you eat those delicious burgers and the junk food that you cant keep your hands off of.

Just a thought it takes, and in morning you put that alarm to snooze which you set last night to wake you up early in morning for exercising.

And when you finally wake up and eat that buttery breakfast and realize that, this is one last time i am eating all these fats. And that feeling inside that “its gonna make you work your bumm off” grows two folds.

And when you look into the mirror, you realize that, like a ginger, you are growing from everywhere!

And finally an eye opener is all that it takes to get you started at least for a couple of days.

And now all you are waiting for, is time, to get home or to start gym or swimming or any regime that would make you fit in all your favorite clothes once again!

Now you get so conscious that every time you eat, all you see is the percentage of fats or carbs in the food on the table.

You cut on all those junk foods and the heavenly sweet things. And whenever you try to get off the track, your inner self doesn’t let you.

So you start your exercising schedule one day. Funniest or i would say the weirdest thing that happens is that, with just a few minutes work out session, you are already able to see the results on your body. LOL (That’s just an illusion i know!)

But trust me, that gives your self esteem a lot of boost to continue it for a few more days as one day showed such good results then what wonders a regular one week can do.

So you gear up everyday for a couple of days and work out like nothing can stop you now from getting in shape.

And then ONE DAY, IT HAPPENS, either you get a lot of work(if you are working) or you get sleep deficient or you haven’t had sufficient food that day etc etc.

And, you take off from your exercise routine that day.

You decide to WoRk OuT TomoRRoW!

So that one day extends to two days then three then four then a week and then to the time when you get back to the point where you started. And that’s how this cycle keeps on repeating.

.

You eat, you realize, you realize some more, you exercise a lot, you exercise a bit and then you stop exercising and you start eating again and it goes on.

.

.

I am not sure how many of you go through this but i definitely follow this pattern. Duration of eating and work out keeps on fluctuating but for sure, exercising time is no where close to how much i eat. πŸ˜›

But i am happy anyways because it allows you to eat all the things that you love for sometime as you know that after a while you will be working hard to the after effects of those things.

Best thing about this pattern is that you wouldn’t be depriving yourself of the foods you love.. πŸ˜›
